With a deep understanding of biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, and medical devices, complemented by specialised knowledge in FRAND issues through leading UK cases, he stands out as an expert. As co-head of EIP's UK litigation team, Andrew has steered litigation from the Intellectual Property Enterprise Court (IPEC) to the Supreme Court, making him a trusted advisor on UPC matters. His background in molecular biology and a master's in Intellectual Property Management have laid a solid foundation for his career, which includes significant roles in major FRAND litigations and a strong track record in patent prosecution and strategy.
